Junp Hydration Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Junp Hydration! We're excited to help you get hydrated. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping:

U.S. Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the continental United States.
  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order after it is placed. Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders within the continental U.S. usually arrive within 3-7 business days via standard postal services.
  • Shipping Carrier: We use standard postal services for our deliveries to ensure reliable service.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Destinations: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes outside the continental US, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We can ship to P.O. Boxes located within the continental United States.
  • Accuracy of Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Junp Hydration is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@junphydration.com.
  • Delivery Issues: While we strive for timely delivery, Junp Hydration is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our direct control.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Junp Hydration only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our shipping regions in the future!

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@junphydration.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or actual delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods if applicable, as they may be needed for a claim.
